90-Day Results Guarantee
The full terms.
This is the promise behind every Wolfburgh membership, written out in full. It is short because it is simple: do the protocol completely, and if not one of your markers has measurably improved by Day 90, we keep working with you at no charge until one does.
In plain words
- 1You adhere to your protocol 100%. Every session, every check-in, both blood tests, everything your care team sets.
- 2At Day 90 your physician compares your re-test and your tracked markers with your baseline.
- 3If not a single marker has measurably improved, your membership continues free until one does.
01What we promise
If you meet the adherence conditions in section 04 and, at your Day 90 review, none of your tracked markers shows measurable improvement compared with your baseline, Wolfburgh continues your membership at no charge until a review shows measurable improvement in at least one marker. We call this the extension.
There is no limit on how long the extension can run while you keep meeting the adherence conditions. We stop when a marker moves, not before.
02Who is covered
- Premium and Premium+ members who joined through wolfburgh.com and completed the membership application.
- Participants in a Wolfburgh employer pilot, for the pilot's 90 days.
- You must be 18 or over.
- The guarantee applies in full to members of the limited beta.
03Your 90 days
- Day 1 is the day your baseline blood panel results are released to your care team. Your 90 days run from that day.
- Your baseline is the 19-marker panel collected with the kit we send you and reviewed by your physician, plus the starting values of the markers your care team tracks in the app.
- Your re-test kit is sent in time for you to collect your Day 90 sample between Day 85 and Day 100. The sample must reach the laboratory by Day 100, unless your physician agrees a later date in writing.
- Your review is your physician comparing the two panels, run by the same laboratory against the same reference ranges, together with your tracked markers.
04What 100% adherence means
The guarantee is conditional on complete adherence to your protocol. Complete means all of the following, for all 90 days. Your protocol completion record in the Wolfburgh app is the record we use.
- Both blood tests completed in their windows: the baseline sample collected within 14 days of the kit arriving, and the Day 90 sample as set out in section 03.
- Every scheduled 1-on-1 session attended with every specialist: monthly on Premium, bi-weekly on Premium+, and as scheduled for pilot participants. A session rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice and completed within the same session cycle counts as attended. A missed session does not.
- Every daily check-in completed in the app: morning check-in, habit logging and evening reflection, on every day of the 90. A check-in completed within 24 hours of its due time counts.
- The protocol itself: the nutrition, training and behaviour protocol your care team sets, followed and logged as instructed, including the changes your team makes along the way.
- Your wearable, where your protocol includes wearable tracking, kept connected to the app so sleep and activity data sync without gaps.
- Replies to messages and check-in requests from your care team within 48 hours.
- Full and honest disclosure of your medical history, current medication and supplements at the start, and of any change during the 90 days, including anything that could affect a measured marker.
- No pause and no cancellation of your membership during the 90 days.
Your care team tells you in the app as soon as any item is at risk, so there are no surprises at Day 90.
05Which markers count
- The 19 blood biomarkers on your Wolfburgh panel, across cholesterol and heart health, inflammation, iron, kidney function, liver function, proteins, and vitamins and hormones.
- The physiological markers your care team records in the app during your 90 days: resting heart rate, sleep duration, weekly activity, and body weight and measurements where they are part of your protocol.
- Not counted: habit streaks, adherence scores and the Wolfburgh Score itself. They measure effort, not results, and this guarantee is about results.
- A marker that is already in its optimal range at baseline cannot improve, so it is not counted either way. If every marker is optimal at baseline, your physician tells you before Day 1 and agrees with you which markers the guarantee will be assessed on.
06What measurable improvement means
A marker has measurably improved when it has moved in the direction your care team set as its goal at baseline, by more than the normal measurement variation for that marker, as confirmed by your Wolfburgh physician.
One marker is enough. The guarantee is triggered only when not a single tracked marker has measurably improved. A marker moving the wrong way does not trigger the guarantee if another marker has improved.
07What happens at Day 90
- Within 10 working days of your re-test results being released, your physician gives you a written determination in the app and by email.
- If at least one marker has measurably improved, your 90 days are complete and your membership carries on as normal.
- If none has, and you met the adherence conditions, the extension starts automatically. You do not need to claim. Billing stops that day, and any amount already taken for time after that day is refunded.
- If none has but the adherence conditions were not met, the guarantee does not apply. The determination sets out which items were missed.
08The extension
- Same plan, same care team, same session frequency, same app, at no charge.
- A further 19-marker panel at the end of each additional 90-day period, at our cost, with a review against your baseline each time.
- The adherence conditions in section 04 continue to apply throughout. The extension ends on the first review that shows measurable improvement in at least one marker, if you stop meeting the adherence conditions, or if you cancel.
- The extension has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for a refund or credit, or transferred to another person.
- Employer pilot participants: the extension is provided to you directly by Wolfburgh after the pilot ends. Your employer pays nothing more and is not told whether you received it. Employers only ever see anonymised, aggregate reporting.
09Medical events and pauses
Some things change markers for reasons that have nothing to do with the protocol. If during your 90 days you receive a new diagnosis, become pregnant, have surgery or a hospital stay, start, stop or change a prescribed medication, or are ill during your re-test window, tell your care team straight away.
Your physician may pause your 90 days, move your re-test, or exclude the affected markers from the review, so the guarantee stays fair in both directions. Undisclosed conditions, medications or supplements that affect a measured marker void the guarantee.
10What this guarantee is not
- A medical promise. It is a commercial promise about our service: that we keep working, free, until a marker moves. It is not a promise that any specific health outcome, diagnosis or disease prevention will occur, and nothing on this page is medical advice.
- A substitute for your doctor. Your Wolfburgh physician reviews your panels for the protocol and screens for safety flags. Follow-up of anything they flag is between you and your own doctor.
11Questions and disputes
- If you think a determination is wrong, email hello@wolfburgh.com within 30 days of receiving it. A second Wolfburgh physician reviews your baseline, re-test and adherence record and replies in writing within 15 working days.
- These terms form part of the Wolfburgh Terms of Service. Where the two differ on the guarantee, this page applies.
- We may update these terms. The version in force on your Day 1 is the one that applies to your 90 days. Changes are dated at the top of this page.
