# Wolfburgh

> Wolfburgh is a gamified, physician-led preventative health service for people who are Serious About Self. Members get an at-home blood panel (19 biomarkers) reviewed by a physician, live 1-on-1 video coaching from a nutritionist, a personal trainer and a behaviour specialist, and a free gamified app (think Strava for preventative health). Wolfburgh also runs 90-day staff health pilots for employers. Wolfburgh (wolfburgh.com) is not related to Wolfsburg, the city in Germany.

Status: limited beta in the US and UK ahead of full launch in January 2027.

## For individuals
- Premium, $399/month: at-home blood test every 6 months (19 biomarkers), a monthly 45-minute 1-on-1 video session with each specialist, the full care team (physician, nutritionist, trainer, behaviour specialist), the free Wolfburgh app.
- Premium+, $599/month: everything in Premium plus quarterly blood tests, bi-weekly 1-on-1 sessions with each specialist, priority scheduling and a dedicated account manager.
- Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Paying for 6 months saves 10%; 12 months saves 20%.
- 90-day guarantee: if your bloodwork and health markers show no measurable improvement in your first 90 days, membership continues at no charge until they do (terms apply: engagement with the protocol, check-ins and session attendance).
- Many participants may be able to use HSA or FSA funds toward eligible services. Eligibility depends on your plan and individual circumstances.

## How it works
1. Baseline: an at-home kit ships within 48 hours, using RedDrop One, an FDA-cleared collection device that takes a full sample in one press. 19 biomarkers across cholesterol and heart health (incl. HbA1c), inflammation (hs-CRP), iron, kidney and liver function, proteins, and vitamins and hormones (vitamin D, active B12, TSH). Results are reviewed by a physician.
2. Meet your team: a physician, nutritionist, personal trainer and behaviour specialist all see the same data and work one shared plan. First video sessions within 7 days of results.
3. Follow the protocol for 90 days: live 1-on-1 sessions, daily check-ins, and the gamified app, then a full re-test at day 90.
- Credentials: physicians hold active state medical board licensure; nutritionists are Registered Dietitians or Certified Nutrition Specialists; trainers hold NSCA, NASM or ACE certification; behaviour specialists are LPC, LCSW or equivalent licensed professionals.

## The Wolfburgh app
- Free with every membership. A live Wolfburgh Score (0-100) built from bloodwork, habits, sleep and activity; streaks, levels, leaderboards and challenges with real prizes; direct messaging with the care team; connects to Apple Watch, Whoop, Oura, Garmin and Fitbit; Wolfie, an AI assistant for questions between sessions.

## For employers
- A 90-day, physician-led staff health pilot: each participant gets the at-home blood panel, physician review, live 1-on-1 sessions with a nutritionist, trainer and behaviour specialist, and the gamified app with company challenges and department leaderboards.
- Price: $399 per participant per month, split 50/50 (the company pays $199.50 per participant per month). Minimum 5 participants; a 5-person pilot costs the company about $2,993 in total. A founding cohort of 10 or more gets 20% off.
- Sits outside the benefits plan: no open enrolment, no broker. The company sees only an anonymised aggregate report, never individual results. A named success lead runs onboarding; from first call to enrolled team in about 14 days.
- Employer contributions are treated as a deductible business expense; treatment depends on your entity structure and tax position.
- Built for companies of around 40 to 1,000 people.
