Wolfburgh is a physician-led preventative health service for people who are Serious About Self. We combine an at-home blood panel, a human care team, a gamified app and a community competing for real prizes into one system, backed by the 90-Day Results Guarantee.
Why we exist
Knowing your numbers is not the hard part. Changing them is. Most health services stop at the report: a dashboard, a list of things to fix, and then you are on your own.
Wolfburgh starts where the report ends. Real people who know your results work with you, live, every month, and the app turns the work into a game you want to win.
How the system works
- Your blood data: 17 markers from one sample, collected at home with RedDrop One, an FDA-cleared capillary blood sampling device. No clinic, no phlebotomist. Analysed in a CLIA-certified US laboratory (CLIA #38D2112285) and reviewed by a licensed physician.
- Your care team: a Partner Physician, a Nutritionist, a Trainer and a Behaviour Specialist who all see the same data and work one shared plan, in live 45-minute 1-on-1 video sessions.
- Your app: a live Wolfburgh Score from 0 to 100 built from your bloodwork, habits, sleep and activity, with streaks, levels, leaderboards and challenges with real prizes. Message your team directly, and connect Apple Watch, Whoop, Oura, Garmin or Fitbit.
- Your guarantee: the 90-Day Results Guarantee. No measurable improvement by Day 90 and your membership continues free until there is (terms apply).

Who is on your team
- Physicians hold active state medical board licensure.
- Nutritionists are Registered Dietitians or Certified Nutrition Specialists.
- Trainers hold NSCA, NASM or ACE certification.
- Behaviour specialists are LPC, LCSW or equivalent licensed professionals.
For employers
Wolfburgh runs 90-day, physician-led staff health pilots for companies of around 40 to 1,000 people, with company challenges, department leaderboards and an anonymised aggregate report. See the employer pilot.
Where we are
Wolfburgh is in a limited beta in the US and UK ahead of full launch in January 2027. Every application is reviewed personally.
